How much time do I need to commit to this program each day?
Our program offers daily LIVE sessions of 1 hour and 15 minutes each. Additionally, we recommend setting aside some time for personal practice and reflection, ideally incorporating yoga and mindfulness into your daily routine for optimal results.
How will I join the sessions?
Once you register, we will share the details on your Whatsapp and Email address. The joining process is very easy. The LIVE sessions will be on Zoom. You will not need to switch on your camera or mic if you don’t wish to.
I'm a beginner with no prior yoga experience. Is this program suitable for me?
Absolutely! Our program is designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications and guidance to ensure that everyone can participate safely and effectively, regardless of their level of experience.
What equipment do I need to participate in the program?
All you need is a laptop, yoga mat and comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Our program is designed to be accessible and can be practiced from the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment.
What if I miss a live session? Will a recording of the session be provided?
As this is a LIVE program, we encourage participants to attend all the live sessions to benefit from real-time guidance and interaction. So unfortunately, session recordings will not be made available for later access.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the program?
