The teachers at Sadhyog are trained for 21 weeks at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore. 1750+ hours of residential training sets us apart in terms of the depth & experiential understanding of the practices we teach. We walk the talk by daily practicing for 3+ hours what we teach.

The teachers have a strong corporate background prior to coming across Isha Yoga. Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of these practices, we’ve left our promising corporate careers and are on a mission to make these practices available to the people of Gurgaon.
